Production area: Loc. Tres Montes (Sorso) Sardinia

Vineyard productivity: 60-70 quintals per hectare

Harvest period: from 15 September onwards, manual harvest

Fermentation: the must obtained after the soft pressing ferments in stainless steel tanks at 18-20C, in order to preserve the rich complexity of the aromas.

Maturation: 5 months of permanence of its own yeasts with repeated batonnage to put the fine lees back in suspension.

Organoleptic test: straw color with greenish reflections, intense, bright and warm. Consistent. Delicate bouquet with floral and vegetal tones of Mediterranean scrub and notes of summer fruits. On the palate the typical varietal notes of softness of the grape are balanced by lively freshness and minerality.

Alcoholic strength (% vol.): 13.00

Total acidity (g / L tartaric acid): 5.9 g / l

How to serve it: excellent as an aperitif, and the natural accompaniment to seafood, light white meat dishes and medium-aged cheeses.

How to drink: Serve at 12C uncorking the bottle at the moment of consumption.
